Painting up some undead ladies for Xyntillan (Crooked Dice - Vampire Brides)

I couldn't sit still and decided to paint up some miniatures for use in Castle Xyntillan. We usually play out combat on a grid with mini's. There's nothing wrong with playing combat in the "theatre of the mind", but as most of my friends are wargamers (myself included), we just really like our miniatures.

These are Vampire Brides made by Crooked Dice. They have a fantastic collection of pulp and horrorfigures, so please check them out! They were obviously inspired by the three brides in Coppola's Bram Stoker's Dracula
from 1992. I originally bought these to use them in my undead warband for Mordheim, but starting the Xyntillan campaign gave me the urge to finally paint them.

I used a very pale pinkish fleshtone for the skin, highlighted to pure white, and very lightly shaded with a diluted green. All shading and highlighting was done with glazes.

Then I glazed the cold white color of the dresses on top of the skin, and shaded the dress with a light blue color.

I'm quite happy how these turned out, as it's been a while since I painted something. I really hope I can get some more of my unpainted stuff done this summer.
